So basically CNBC has said that "MS and the CMA have agreed to a small divestiture which blocks xCloud and forces MS to distribute cloud content through 3rd parties in the UK".

 

That's basically what I was saying before.  They'll carve out xCloud for the UK and release through 3rd parties.  The UK market for xCloud is practically nothing.. and it SHOULD have been enough for them to just guarantee access to Activision content for 3rd parties... but if they have to block xCloud in the UK... that's honestly no big loss for them.
