Was he driving like a vintage Ferrari or Lamborghini?  Those cars handle like shit, they are dangerous for them to go so fast but not manuever well.

 

Judging by how everything from the windshield on up was entirely ripped off, thank goodness he was so short, or else he's probably be dead.

Worse, a 1970 Barracuda. Things all steel, essentially lead weight and no turning, while driving it up a twisty canyon road.

Well they ban cars that don't pass safety certification, and we require people have a license - and in most jurisdictions insurance as well; so +1. Keep up the good fight brotha.

And it's obviously nowhere near enough regulation. They lead to more deaths than almost anything else.
