Do you make smoothies?

What do you put in them? 

 

I've replaced breakfast with a smoothie for the past 2 weeks.. Lost another 5lbs lol. 

 

Raspberries, blue berries, cherries, kale, broccoli, skyr yogurt, banana, and some protein powder. Sometimes some All Bran buds for extra fiber.

Yea I do frozen berries mix, banana, kale and/or spinach and some protein powder.
