If you look at raw numbers, white people are shot more by police than black people. you lose whether you try ratio or raw numbers. We are talking about police encounters........and police encounters occur for ALL CRIMES in which an arrest takes place. White people committed 2.5x more crimes. That means that 2.5x more arrests took place with cops and white people. That means that white people had 2.5x more police encounters. Yet black people had a 2.8x higher chance of getting killed during their encounters with police than white people. You can't spin those numbers. LOL, you don't understand what you just posted, do you? It doesn't match up with the ratio of crimes, which means that white people are BELOW their ratio, and black people are ABOVE THEIR RATIO.
