Eligibility should change based upon an existing standard

The existing standard is CURRENT law.

No law that is ever passed SUPERCEDES all future laws.

Once again................I asked you to point to me where such a thing has happened before.

And besides, the precedent has already been established.

WELL

REGULATED.

You can't eliminate those words. Can you?

Therefore, how we decide to implement that regulation is left up to us, because its specifically not detailed in the Constitution.

Sorry, sweetie.

Those words are smack dab IN THE MIDDLE of the second amendment, and are operational adjectives.

YOU can't cherry pick.

If you’re not doing anything wrong or have nothing to hide, you should have no problem following the law. Isn’t that what’s always said in relation to most of these cop videos? Why would someone need to hide the fact they own X amount of weapons? :danylol:

Exactly, if you have nothing to hide why all the fuss?

He seems really concerned about moving high-powered weapons around, and having the government NOT KNOW who is in possession of those firearms.

Which sounds like that is ALREADY BREAKING existing laws, but he seems to think there's a loophole in which no government has the authority to INVESTIGATE where those guns may be.

This is the dumbest thing you've ever said.

You've been told, multiple times, that if you aren't breaking any laws, commiting any criminal offenses, then you have nothing to worry about.

But alot of your comments really do seem to imply the movement of weapons between certain parties, and you specifically talk about states cannot know what happens in OTHER states, and the Federal Government shouldn't collect information from all states.

Which makes it seem like your fears involve weapons moving across state lines.

And this isn't based on one comment, either. You've insinuated it multiple times before.

OR like I've said ten times a rogue or tyrannical government who has a list of who has guns and what they are....

They have no business knowing what weapons we own, it's entirely in our interest if they get ban/confiscation happy and try to strip our populous of weapons..

There is nothing tyrannical about a government who REGULATES how guns are used in this country, and who uses them.

In fact, that wording is SPECIFICALLY IN THE CONSTITUTION.

Sweetie..............you keep on coming to the same brick-wall, and then you run away because you know you don't have a response to "Well Regulated" being smack dab in the middle of the Second Amendment.

You're not CLEVER ENOUGH to debate your way around that simple fact.

Its not tyrannical. You can try SELLING US on the idea that it is..........but nobody is buying it.

The government DOES HAVE the right to have gun regulations, and that includes gun tracking.
