How the hell do you "pack the court" by taking all 3 of them? By adding more? By assassinating existing justices? Does she expect to hold onto all 3 for the indefinite future?

The House Investigations Committee can re-commission a Special Counsel again. They can authorize a budget.

Mitch McConnell stonewalled  Merrick Garland, got Gorsuch into Scalia's seat, and stuck with Kavanaugh through the allegations to get another Conservative judge.

Nah. You're the one latching on to the Senate quote, I'm referring to "pack the supreme Court". Stonewalling is not at all what she was talking about. What she's suggesting is improbable and just mind bogglingly dumb

The house appoints the special investigators, though.  If Mueller's fired, he just gets reappointed.  That's my understanding.

That is why NBCnews called it as the "Apparent Winner" rather than "Projected Winner" because of Gillum giving a concession speech.

 

But it shrank back down to 0.8%, so that puts it into automatic recount territory.

 

Knowing Florida, can you imagine how many provisional ballots may be out there? Or mail-in ballots that may have not been received yet?

 

My mistake, this applies to Scott Nelson-Rick Scott.

 

Technically, Gillum did close the gap to exactly 1.0% percent with 99% precints reporting.

No. "Pack the Supreme Court" could mean specifically choose Justices that are significantly more liberal that what previous Democratic Presidents may have chosen.

 

It could mean choosing significantly younger justices that will stay there for a long period of time.

 

Especially with Mitch McConnell's rules, a simple Senate majority can pass a hard liberal justice. And vice versa.

 

You were making fun of the "just the Congress" line, dude....................stop trying to play stupid.
