I think one thing we need is our education system to be reformed. There are way too many uneducated people that have voting privilege's.

@Twinbladehas to be baiting.  How could he not know that mail in and early voting has been a thing for decades.

Because he'd lose.

Shit is wild. He said hes going to claim victory if hes up in the votes early in the night, or that by midnight the winner should be decided (before all votes are even counted, and if hes winning of c

Nice topic change, why do you hate democracy and not want every vote counted?

This opens the door to so many potential exploits, and if you don’t see that then you are part of the problem. The founding fathers would be ashamed if they were here today and saw the lengths Democrats are going to take the election away from Trump.

What specifically are you talking about? Votes postmarked after election day? Votes arriving after election day? Counting votes after election day if the vote arrived on or before election day?

Yeah he seems to be baiting or is heavily misinformed, I don't think you even warrant a reply anymore Twinkie.

The problem is if you line comments by bots, real Trump supporters, retards, or people baiting it's nearly impossible to tell which is which. It's not about who Trump is as much as what the terrible people who support him like about him.

So it’s ok for Democrats to make up their own rules and decide when exactly votes are counted and how they should be counted. It’s election DAY for a reason, not election week, or election month. They’re trying to game the system because of their own insecurity and it’s shameful.

Yeah its election day for a reason.

That's the day where people VOTE

Its not the day where votes are COUNTED

Its election day.............not Election COUNTING Day.

@-GD-X@Alphonse We're gonna need to set up some rules for tomorrow, because its obvious that there are going to be people here who will be hell-bent on derailing threads.

Some good news regarding the Texas case:

Quote

Updated at 4:00 p.m. ET

U.S. District Court Judge Andrew Hanen today threw out a suit challenging the legality of some 127,000 votes cast at drive-through voting sites in the Houston area. He ruled the plaintiffs don't have legal standing to sue.

Republicans Seek To Toss Out 127,000 Ballots In Democratic-Leaning Texas County

Harris County, Texas' most populous county, and majority-Democratic, erected ten tents to expedite the early voting process, as a way of allowing people to vote safely during the coronavirus pandemic. They were also in place this summer, prior to the state's primary. Noting that, Hanen, a George W. Bush appointee, asked plaintiffs "Why am I just getting this case?" He later said the suit was not timely, and that "this has been going on all summer."

The suit was brought by a group of Republican activists, who argued the move by Harris County Clerk Chris Hollins, a Democrat, was an illegal expansion of curbside voting, which is permitted under Texas law.

A similar challenge had been dismissed by the Texas Supreme Court Sunday. All of that court's justices were appointed by Republicans.

Hansen said that if he found the plaintiffs did have standing, he would have still ruled against them, "as to the voting that has already taken place," but that he would "probably enjoin tomorrow's votes."

He also ordered that records of the votes already cast in the drive through facilities be maintained, in case his decision is reversed on appeal.

One of the intervenors in the hearing, ACLU lawyer Andre Segura, argued that a ruling allowing the ballots to be thrown out would cause people to have to vote a second time.

"Once the egg has been scrambled it doesn't make sense to put it back in the egg," Segura said, adding: "We're talking about a very large scramble."

Other attorneys said some of the affected voters were receiving medical treatment and would be unable to get to the polls on Election Day.

The Texas case is one of a number of legal challenges to voting and ballot counting, many of them brought by Republicans.

Even though this was a rather conservative judge who has a history of being quite favorable to Republicans wishing to block stuff, he did write a rather extensive ruling that makes it seem that the Republicans who are challenging this have a high threshold to overcome.

HOWEVER, because the judge knows that these dipshit Republicans are going to want to appeal this as high as possible, the judge is ordering that votes that were made at drive-through polling sites be separated in the event that a higher court rules in the opposite direction.

But hopefully the higher federal courts deliver equally harsh judgements against these Republicans trying to throw out votes.

All options are exploitable, and obviously votes postmarked after tomorrow shouldn't be counted period. But as time drags on its just going to be easier and easier for people to mess with the ballots especially when you have real time data tracking just how close BIden and Trump are in the states that could go either way. Im not going to be completely unfair and say republicans aren't prone to cheating as well, but Democrats are so passionately hell bent on getting Trump out of the oval office that I expect them to be way more likely to find ways to skew the numbers in their favor.

Except their not.

Because you don't have any proof that they have been exploited.

"I'm not going to be unfair, but then say something completely unfair."

Republicans are just as, if not more hell bent on Trump and more importantly local candidates win. Which is why Red states pioneer in voter suppression as much as they possibly can and unlike you and conservatives whining about Dems, I've yet to see any high level court decisions, arrest, or even legitimate finger pointing against the left. If you want to win at any cost, just say so. Don't try to gaslight people with stupid shit and hypocrisy to try to hide you have no shame.

No votes postmarked after tomorrow will be counted.....

Again you are not specific on what "Rules the democrats have made up" to steal votes and the election.  Or is it you aren't aware of what rules were in place for decades so now you think it's cheating because Trump told you so.

Meanwhile you have the right actively fighting to through out legal votes by the hundreds of thousands on multiple states each.

Why are you guys scrutinize every word that comes out of trump’s mouth but never actually pay attention to what Biden has been saying? Is it because he ran one of the most meager, vapid, and boring campaigns in the history of American politics (a reflection of his complete lack of energy and charisma). The only time any of his ‘rallies’ (if you can call them that) are in the news is when he shows his early on-set dementia by saying something incoherent (which has been happening a lot lately).

Is this campaign style that gets you hard, Twinkie? Fear mongering people into voting? Lmfao I remember you claiming the left fear mongered us with Covid, yet another projection from you  guys.

And obviously to point out, that tweet is full of lies because that's literally what we are experiencing  under Trumps America.
