People complaining that Halo doesnt have co op for the campaign at launch but ignoring the fact that BF has no campaign....PERIOD. lol

Thats a terrible comparison and you know it. BF started as a multiplayer only series and thats always been its bread and butter. People don't buy it for the campaign, but when it comes to Halo thats one series where the co-op is a core component of the entire package.

That BS and YOU know it. What recent  BF games didnt have a SP campaign? Halo MP is the biggest draw of the game and its now F2P and gonna be HUGE.

Just because Halo SP always BTFU BF campaign doesnt mean BF not having SP isnt a HUGE blow. Especially when its a 60 dollar MP only game. Fuck that .

60 bucks for BF MP or  FREE for Halo mp which will be bigger and better than BF. Co op Halo SP is 3 months after launch. BF SP is ...NEVER.

You basically destroyed your own argument by bringing up the fact that Infinite's MP is F2P.

That basically means that the ONLY significant content the game will have at launch is the campaign. They're basically charging $60 for a campaign that doesn't even have co-op at launch, a core part of the experience.

BF2042 on the other hand will have Portal, a whole new mode based around user generated content that includes a bunch of maps, factions, weapons, and vehicles from previous games in the series. Then theres also Hazard Zone, their Battle Royale equivalent that they haven't said anything about yet.

Its clearly a better overall package than Infinite will be. And they didn't have to spend 5 years and $500 million to make it.

First of all, both suck.

Secondly check the announced thread. plenty complaints of no SP

Also its a BF XXXX game not BF6; a series that has traditionally been MP only.

So they are charging 60 dollars for a campaign like every other game ? Got me there. ( or play it for on GamePass)

They'll announce the release date at Games Com on the 24th. I'm betting on October 12th.

Rumor is Dec. 8th. :drake:

The only thing that doesn't make sense about that date is the fact that it's a Wednesday. Microsoft releases are always done on Tuesdays. Dying Light comes out on Tuesday the 7th so that also doesn't make sense because they're not going to release two games that large which could cannibalize each other.
