LMAO you guys are dumb :tom:

This document was part of the gamers lawsuit, and the judge already dismissed it.  It's literally the same judge doing this case. :smilecry:

There's a reason why neither the FTC nor the CMA have relied on this particular document.

And further... that email was about an "overall strategy" of Xbox... and not about this specific merger.. as Stephen had to clarify (after he got all his clicks :tom: )

Why do you think this is a defense? MS planned to put Playstation out of business and then they went on a publisher buying spree.

Because the judge from this case already dismissed it from the last one.

Consider, for one moment.... that the judge knows more than we do.  She knows what was said in the email, and she knows what MS' defense was.

There's nothing NEW about them.  We already knew every angle they were taking with this case :drake:

Your "new evidence" is literally shit that was from the gamers lawsuit and already dismissed by this exact same judge... and she JUST fucked them again, as they were trying to join in on this PI hearing :tom:

Its hilarious seeing him suddenly turn into a law expert...............who clearly doesn't know shit, and is repeating stupid youtube theories.

And its very obvious that Microsoft wasn't trying to corner the market.

They were talking about buying out Activision BEFORE the Zenimax acquisition.

So its obvious that their plan was to start buying multiple publishers, one after another, in quick succession.

Absolutely fantastic that the CMA stopped their anti-competitive losers right in their tracks.
