i think it's funny how there's a ps4 version (no enhancements) for $50, when the 360 RDR got bumped to 4k on the series X (even One X) for free.

Well, I finally decided to try Persona 4 Golden. I quit Persona 3 around the point where and I didn't really care for P5R. However, P4G seems to be pretty widely regarded as most fans favorite so I figured, "Fuck it, if I don't like this one then it's safe to say I just don't like the series". Been watching House of the Dragon, I stopped the last time after two episodes, don't know why. I'm on episode 5 now and I'm loving it. Most actors have been really good in this so far.

Its impressive how quickly you go from praising PS5 ports to turning on them If you regularly browse the steam forums like I do, the most common trend I see is people complaining about how game X isn't worth its asking price because its short and doesn't offer enough content/replayability, and in many cases they'll compare it to game Y which is often from a completely different genre to justify their argument. Hermits often come off as childish 14 year olds with a limited allowance of money.

PC has the biggest racing sim nerds fanbase. GT would be decent hit on PC.

Honestly its been so long I can't really remember. I just really enjoyed how the characters in Layton and PW and their many animations 'popped' in 3D.

Overall I like the Witcher...other than the fact they haven't done a good job actually clarifying the intentions of alot of characters. Like the king guy who shows up once a season and you forgot exist except that one time he shows up. I can forgive some of the dodgy CGI as some of the creatures are quite demanding and they have to have the human actors fight with them. It's TV and the Flash and Ant Man have put out worse cgi in major movies. For the record I only played five minutes of Witcher 3 and never read the books so I don't have any attachments or expectations

Digital only, physical release in Oct. First the GTA trilogy and now this direct last gen port.... Rockstar has been putting in trash efforts lately with their older games being brought forward....

Yep, it's why games like Sackboy and Days Gone got ported. Days Gone made sense because it's an open world game and PC gamers love open world shit... but the main reason they ported those games were because they were UE4. Even if they sell like shit initially, the cost to port them is very low, and they can slowly trickle out sales over years and years, and they'll make some money off them. I didn't think the of the ease of portage. I mean they still could do it but I understand it's less efficient.

They should have done things differently yes, but what they wanted to do is get their games with their current engines ported over... that will make future game ports easier for them. So in the case of Insomniac and Nixxes, they did Spider-man... understandably a big game.. and ported Insomniac's engine.. and then Miles Morales and Ratchet and Clank were just obvious next steps, because a lot of the engine work is already done. Same goes with Uncharted 4 and The Lost Legacy.. it got the Naughty Dog engine ported to PC, and that helped with bringing TLOU P1 over and TLOU P2 will li

It's the Divinity Original Sin 2 of the generation. I think most people aren't aware how successful that game was and that it got critical reception equal or better than Witcher 3's.
