SELF DEFENSE CUT AND DRY he complied with the police 100%, even CALLED the police after he had shot the guy. i i mean, he's still a moron for going to one of these dumb riots, as is anyone on either side, because you're literally asking to die if you go. 32 people dead in these trash riots so far. what a joke this has become Link to post Share on other sites

We know have the police's criminal complaint, a detailed interview with the reporter who was an eyewitness to the first shooting, and a statement from the law firm representing Kyle. They all agree on the basic facts. - The only gun charge filed against Kyle is a misdemeanor charge for being a minor in possession of a firearm. He wasn't charged with stealing the gun, being in possession of a stolen gun, or transporting his gun across state lines. The gun never left Wisconsin. As I said, he likely borrowed it from his friend. - Nowhere in the charges does it claim that Kyle forfeited his right to self-defense because he was a minor in possession of a firearm. In point, bizarrely, he's only charged with manslaughter for killing PedoSpaz, even though he's charged with first degree murder and attempted first degree murder against WomanBeater and CommieBurglar. - As I suspected, he got separated from his friend and it was the Antifa felons who started the fight. They surrounded him, threatened him, and then PedoSpaz lunged at him, which is when Kyle ran and PedoSpaz chased after him. - I was right about the gunshots. The first one a moment before he shot PedoSpaz was fired by someone else. That caused him to turn around and see that PedoSpaz was right on top of him. PedoSpaz than tried to grab his gun, and that's when he dropped him. - He also isn't part of a militia. He heard the owner of one of the car lots that was torched the night before asking for people to help him protect his businesses (he also had two mechanic shops), so Kyle and his friend decided to go help. - He didn't flee. After the shootings he immediately walked up to the police to surrender, but they didn't realize what had happened and waved him off. He then went to his local police station in Antioch and surrendered. Tragically, if the Antifa filth hadn't tripped him, he almost certainly would've made it to the police before WomanBeater and CommieBurglar could get to him. This kid was clearly only hit with murder charges to keep the violence in Kenosha from exploding further. How the hell can you charge him with manslaughter for killing PedoSpaz but charge him attempted murder of CommieBurglar who pointed a gun at his face a split second before Kyle fired at him?
