  1. So a friend had bought extra tickets for Barbie so we got to see it earlier than expected. The concept is dumb as possible but the end result is pretty damn good to be honest. I have to say all of the insecure man crying online is a psyopp to sabotage the movie. Yes, the dreaded "patriarchy" word is used multiple times...for comedic effect... by a living toy who roller bladed into the real world. So maybe these grown ass men need to get fucking lives an learn how to please aa woman. Edit: I want to add the movie is more about power dynamics than feminism vs the patria

  3. That's just the same Tweet from the first post. https://www.pcworld.com/article/559218/could-gdpr-policy-erase-your-games-it-happened-to-an-ubisoft-customer.html Ubisoft has free games on their store, too, so it's not even like the Tweet is incompatible with the previously stated policy. Maybe the policy has changed, but I'm not going to take a random Ubisoft support tweet that's gone viral as evidence Ubisoft has stopped caring about EU laws.

  4. I saw this on gaf and didn't see any people call that out, so I assumed the number of games you had didn't matter.

  5. sounds awesome. 80s action movie vibe is welcomed. Any time to relax after battle is fine for me

  6. You'll definitely spend most of your time in combat though, so you have to like the mechanics of it. You can minimize some unnecessary encounters by playing smart though, for example whenever you take over an important area like a port, town, mine, etc you always want to train militia to guard those places. Outputs and other enemy bases will send out patrols to take those areas back, so if you leave them undefended you'll have to fight some extra battles. But the nice thing is that you can 'auto resolve' battles with a dice roll to avoid fighting them, though you don't always have the ability

  7. It’ll probably play WAY better when binged. The weekly wait made each of the weaker episodes seem that much more annoying since they felt like tangents to the main plot. The finale is perfection for season 3 though.

  8. I think I can deal with it. This is still my most enjoyable binge since I first watched Battlestar Galactica, which also had its low points. I know we're considered to be in the golden age of television, but man there were some epic shows back then too.

  9. It’s mainly the middle. It’s a slog. The flashbacks aren’t the best either. The last few eps are godly, though.

  10. Just stop you lost this thread and lost badly. No amount of memes or shit posting will change this.

  11. I watched They Cloned Tyrone. It’s like blaxploitation meets sci-fi I dug it big time. The cast was excellent (Jamie Fox as a pimp ) and the concept was solid. I found the main reveal to be a little predictable, but the little nugget at the end is definitely fun conversation material.
