How is the single player for these games?

Hmm... I'm on Chapter 9 of FF VII and I'm not sure how I feel about it so far. I was expecting some retcons before I started the game so I'm trying to give them a chance but this game has more of them than I thought it would.

It's not because I am sad or depressed. I have systemic Lupus and I get all kinds of weird pains. Lately I've been dealing with a searing nerve pain in my upper spine that radiates out into my arms. It's awful and I hide it from everyone because how do you explain something you can't see?

I'll admit it, I cried playing this earlier today. There's many reasons, beyond how good it is. Finally FF7 is given the overhaul it so sorely needed, being delivered into a new generation of fan's arms, and being mercilessly stripped away from the old fanbase. The Perfect 10 gameplay, the best-in-industry graphics, the incredible cast of characters, the STRONG WHITE MALE protagonist, the hot Japanese chicks that accompany him on his adventures, everything is just perfect. the only thing remotely worth anything on OG Xbox was the Sega Games, even then they're not worth much, and Panzer Dragoon Orta is on Xbox One digitally. JSRF is maybe worth $40 bucks because it never got ported. 360 is entirely worthless outside of the SHMUP's, which are still worth a lot though they're all pretty much Japanese and require an import console to play. the entire 360 library pretty much got ported to the PS4 outside of that. I just watched the first four episodes. It's really great. It gave me a completely different view of Pippen. It's funny what I remember and what I don't. I remember small things like Rodman going off to Vegas but I forgot how Reinsdorf and Krause insisted on nuking the team.

I didn’t bother even fighting anyone (except for key requests) in mementos. It seems like you can now skip battles way easier. the combat has been enhanced, with showtime attacks and other cool tactics. each palace has 3 new hidden rooms to locate.
